If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for replacement or refund. Any and all refunds given will be in the form of store credit. Any scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
